Did you know that local Volunteers pulled out just over 3,900 lbs of trash from the Santa Ana River Marsh in the last two years? It’s true. Come join us this Saturday from 8a-12noon. The cleanup is located along the West Side (Inland) of the Santa Ana River, right before the PCH Bridge. Basically right before the west side of the Santa Ana River Bike Trail meets PCH. Look for the tents to sign in. A big thank you to U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, OC Earth Stewards, Drains to Ocean, Sierra Club Angeles Chapter, Orange County Conservation Committee, Republic Services, Banning Ranch Park, Preserve Task Force, & Orange County Coastkeeper for supporting this much needed annual cleanup.
